Inner West locals know what's up with Booth Street Bakery. The absolute star of the show here is their well-pickled carrot and radish, which provides a brilliant, sharp tang. Pair that acidic crunch with a double serving of meat, and you have a heavily loaded, delicious lunch.

Incredible pickled veggies and a massive double-meat serving. The well-pickled carrot and radish provides a brilliant, sharp tang that cuts through the richness perfectly. Worth the Inner West trek.

That pickled veg is genuinely the best in Sydney. It's the kind of tang that makes your mouth water. Double meat is the way to go — standard serving feels a bit light at this price.

Delicious but $13.50 is steep for a banh mi. The pickles do stand out though — you can tell they're house-made and aged properly. Would come again for a treat.

A solid neighbourhood option with consistent quality. The bread has good crunch and the fillings are well-balanced.

Good banh mi that is worth a visit if you are nearby. The flavours are authentic and the service is friendly.
