The undisputed OG of the Sydney Bánh Mì scene takes the bronze medal. The bread on our latest visit was just 'okay' compared to some of the freshly baked contenders on this list, but we can't deny the truth: their pate is still the BEST in the entire city. That deep, savory, umami smear carries the whole roll.

The bread is average, but it boasts the undisputed best pate in Sydney. That deep, savory, umami smear carries the whole roll. A true institution that still delivers where it counts.

Yeah the line is always there but it moves fast. $7 for this quality is criminal. The pate is genuinely special — you can taste the liver and the spices they use. No one else comes close on that front.

I've been coming here since 2015 and while the bread has seen better days, that pate... man. That pate. Still the king. Still worth the trip from the Northern Beaches.

A standout in a crowded field. The signature roll shows real craft — properly seasoned meat, house-made pate, and bread that shatters just right.

Great banh mi at a fair price. The crispy pork is genuinely crunchy and the pickled veg is always fresh. My go-to lunch spot.
